Every candidate is assessed against your regulator first.
We recruit physicians from Tier 1 countries — Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, the Nordics — for hospitals in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. A large share of our network is Arabic-speaking and Muslim, which shortens the cultural distance considerably.
A Tier 1 specialty certificate carries the highest recognition under the unified Professional Qualification Requirements: Specialist with no additional experience, Consultant after two years. No equivalency examination, no downgrade, no argument with the regulator. The shortlist you receive is a list of physicians who can be licensed at the grade the post requires.
- We assess the file against the destination regulator before presentation — certificate, post-specialty years, registration, good standing, and procedural volume where the role is interventional.
- No candidate is presented without their explicit written release. Names are disclosed at that point, not before.
- Our fee is 20% of first-year basic salary. Terms are agreed in writing before the first profile is presented.
- Direct engagement with the department as well as talent acquisition, so the clinical requirement and the commercial process stay in step.
- One clear fee
20% of first-year basic salary, agreed in writing before the first profile is presented. - A six-month replacement guarantee
If a physician leaves within six months, the maximum probation period under Saudi labour law, we find a replacement free of charge. - Physicians never pay
No licensing packages, relocation fees or paid eligibility checks. The hospital pays, in every market. - Part of every fee is given as sadaqah
Through registered charities, and the hospital receives the receipt.
The same framework applies to the functions that carry a hospital: finance and revenue cycle, medical technology and clinical information systems, and operational and quality leadership. Different roles, same discipline about verification.
Where a permanent appointment is not the right first step — a new structural heart programme, a service being built, a technique being introduced — we place senior European clinicians on structured visiting and proctoring arrangements. Short, defined, and often the beginning of something permanent.
Discuss a physician search.
Tell us the specialty, the licence class and the date the post has to be covered. We will tell you in the first week whether the market supports it.
