Fair recruitment is not a marketing line.
Nursing recruitment into the Gulf has a reputation, and it was earned. Recruitment fees charged to the nurse, documents held, contracts that differ from what was promised. We do none of that, and we are explicit about it because the sector has made scepticism reasonable.
Our rules
- The nurse pays nothing at any stage. The employer pays the fee.
- No passport or original document is ever held by us or on our behalf.
- The contract presented is the contract signed. Any change is disclosed before signature.
- We recruit only from countries where recruitment is lawful and ethical for the destination.
Where we recruit
Our nursing corridor is Morocco, where recruitment for care and nursing roles is lawful and where language and cultural fit for the Gulf are strong. We do not recruit nurses from countries subject to ethical-recruitment restrictions, and we will say so plainly if you ask us about a source country we decline.
Nursing is the part of our work that will never be the fastest. We keep it because the alternative — leaving it to whoever charges the nurse — is worse.
