What we screen for
Evidence of a survey survived, a service opened, or a staffing model rebuilt — not a job title. Accreditation work in particular is easy to claim and easy to check, and we check it.
We ask for specifics and we verify them. A candidate who cannot say which standards they worked to does not reach you.
